By this personal data protection policy, Stethos, data controller, commits to process your personal data with all the necessary care and exclusively for the legitimate purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with its guidelines, the law no. 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms (called “Data Protection Act and Freedoms”) and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27th,  2016 called “General Data Protection Regulation “(or” GDPR “) and more broadly to all legal provisions in force.

Why are your data collected?

When you authorize cookies from our website, a description of the objectives or the purposes of the data processing is made available so that you clearly understand the reasons for which we would use them.

On our website stethos.eu, the purposes for which your data are collected are as follows:

• Improve the website user-friendliness and help its promotion especially via LinkedIn.

Stethos commits to treat your personal data strictly in accordance with these purposes, and in no way intends to use them for other purposes. These are included in our data process register, and are subject to vigilance by our Data Protection Officer.

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to the authorized and qualified persons of Stethos and our providers who have set up technical and organizational abilities for data protection. Your data can also be transferred to the social network LinkedIn, which implements cookies useful for sharing the content of our website on its platform, or for the development of statistical access. How long are your collected data stored?

In accordance with legal provisions in force, Stethos only keeps your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes indicated: the duration of the cookies placed on your terminal following your consent is limited to 13 months (recommendations of the CNIL). This duration is not extended during new visits on the website. At the end of the thirteen months validity period, your consent will be requested again.
